Calamarata con ragu al Nero di Seppia 300gr


Ingredients

Pasta ingredients: corn flour, rice flour.

Ingredients ragù: cuttlefish (Sepia officinalis) 20%, tomato, tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, onion, 2% cuttlefish ink, salt, garlic, chilli pepper, black pepper.

 

Preparation  

It is advised to thaw the product the day before (24h)

IN THE PAN: Sauté for 5 - 6 minutes with the addition of a cup of water.

STATIC OVEN COOKING: In a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 11 -13 minutes.

MICROWAVE: For 4 - 6 minutes at maximum power.

Wait one minute before consumption.

Cooking times may vary depending on the equipment used.
